York Quest Rowing Machine
A compact, handy rowing machine from big-brand York, this rower is small enough to slide out of the way, but still boost your quest for fitness through rowing!
A fantastic choice for an all over body workout because as well as rowing, the York Quest Rower allows you to perform a range of upper body exercises such as bicep curls, shoulder shrugs and upright rows. The smooth rowing action is complemented by a comfortable roller mounted seat and the pivoting footplates have adjustable straps
Compact - rowers take up huge amounts of space, not so with the York Quest Rower. The compact design means it takes up very little floor space whilst being used and it's light enough to place out of the way when finished. It can be placed upright in a cupboard - very smart.
Exercise Computer - exercise computer gives the user all the information at a glance. The time of the workout is clearly shown, as well as the calories burned, your stroke rate and overall stroke count for your workout.
Adjustable Tension - the tension on the York Quest Rower is fully adjustable. It's as easy as turning a dial. Beginners can start at level one and go all the way up to level 12 as you become fitter and need greater challenges.
